Attorney Kassaoui is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience, recognized for his advanced expertise in corporate and commercial law, legal advisory, and the drafting of complex legal documents. His strength lies in providing business-focused legal solutions that mitigate risks and align with corporate objectives.

Admitted to the Tunisian Bar, he currently serves as the Head of the Corporate Department at Saoud Al Mahri Law Firm in Muscat, Oman. In this capacity, he oversees strategic contract management, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. He serves as the key point of contact for major clients, supporting them in high-stakes negotiations and ensuring legal soundness across all corporate activities.

Attorney Kassaoui holds a Master’s Degree in Common Law from the University of Carthage in partnership with Loyola University Chicago, USA, and is a graduate of the School of Law at the University of El-Manar, Tunisia. His dual legal education allows him to proficiently navigate both civil and common law systems.

He is also the author of “The Federal Reserve System,” a published work in banking law, and a recognized expert in financial regulation and monetary policy. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD entitled “Money Laundering: A Roadblock to Economic Development”, which underscores his specialization in anti-money laundering (AML) strategies and compliance frameworks. This positions him as a legal authority on AML issues, with a keen focus on regulatory enforcement and financial transparency.

Beyond practice, Attorney Kassaoui conducts a masterclass in Maritime Law and has served as a lecturer at prominent institutions including the Higher Institute of the Attorney’s Profession, the German Business School, and the International University. He has taught specialized courses in Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Antitrust Law.

A regular participant in international legal forums, including the G7, Attorney Kassaoui is frequently invited as a speaker at global conferences, where he contributes thought leadership on pressing legal and financial topics.
